It is an amazing web-based software project that provides industry’s best video/audio encoding solution for media companies all around the world.

We are aiming to make the world a better place by providing and amazing affordable tool for all the new generation media companies in the world and to give them the best encoding tool to publish their content freely, easily and share with the world.

Our current customers are AOL, 5min.com, Aniboom.com, JamesAllen.com, and many other leading new generation media companies.

My role is as Director of Business Development at betterEncoding.com is :

–          Spread the word around the world

–          Attract new customers

–          Increase revenues

–          Create effective sales and marketing strategies

–          Recruit and train bright creative sales and marketing individuals

–          Create strategic joint ventures and partnerships

–          Make business deals happen

I am also open to helping other companies and entrepreneurs to make the word a better place by way of coaching, speaking, consulting — basically sharing my more than 15 yeas of hands-on experience.
